Step by step

Open the official Proxy-Cheap account page (button above) and sign in with the account that pays for the plan.
Go to your active proxies or plan and turn off auto-renew / auto-extend for each one.
If you pay a recurring subscription, cancel it under Billing or Subscription.
Note the expiry date: the proxies (and their IPs) stop working when the paid period ends.

Before you cancel

Cancel at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date – a renewal processed overnight is rarely refunded.
Paid through Apple, Google Play or a mobile carrier? Then you have to cancel there, not on the Proxy-Cheap website.
Proxy plans often renew per IP or per GB package. Keep a list of what renews when, so unused proxies don’t extend themselves.
