RENEW

IMPORT

Find every subscription.
Without uploading a thing.

Drop invoices, order confirmations, screenshots or a bank statement. RENEW reads them right here in your browser and suggests subscriptions with price, interval and next renewal – you check, edit and save.

Processed on your device. Your files never leave your browser — no upload, no AI service. Only the entries you confirm are saved.

PDF · PNG / JPG / WebP · Bank or PayPal CSV · Text · up to 10 files, 15 MB each

Ctrl+V pastes a screenshot straight from your clipboard.

How does this work?

  1. Read locally

PDFs are read with pdf.js, screenshots with on-device text recognition (Tesseract, English + German). Both run as WebAssembly inside this tab and are served from our own server.

  2. Recognize

Simple, transparent rules look for totals, currencies, “monthly / Jahresabo / per year”, dates and cancellation notes. In bank statements we look for the same merchant charging a similar amount every month or year.

  3. You decide

Nothing is stored until you pick entries and choose where they go: your RENEW account, the browser extension or a backup file. Close the tab and everything is gone.

Which banks and files work?

CSV exports from most German and international banks (Sparkasse, DKB, ING, Commerzbank, comdirect, N26, Revolut and others), PayPal activity exports, PDF invoices and receipts, screenshots (PNG, JPG, WebP) of order confirmations or app-store receipts, and pasted e-mail text. Up to 10 files, 15 MB each.

Can I check that nothing is uploaded?

Yes. Open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab and analyze a file. You will only see the reader components loading from renewaddon.com the first time – never your file. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded the reader once.

Why did it miss something?

Blurry screenshots, unusual layouts or a statement covering less than two months can hide a pattern. Use a sharper screenshot or the original PDF – or add the entry by hand in the dashboard.
