How to cancel Apple One
Short answer: open the official Apple One account page, sign in and choose Cancel or turn off auto-renew. Do it at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date.
Step by step
- Open the official Apple One account page (button above) and sign in with the account that pays for the plan.
- Select Apple One in the list of subscriptions – on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Tap “Cancel subscription” and confirm.
- Check your email for Apple’s confirmation. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Before you cancel
- Cancel at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date – a renewal processed overnight is rarely refunded.
- Paid through Apple, Google Play or a mobile carrier? Then you have to cancel there, not on the Apple One website.
- Free trials turn into paid plans automatically. Cancel during the trial if you don’t want to keep it – you usually still get the remaining trial days.
