How to cancel Cloudflare
Short answer: open the official Cloudflare account page, sign in and choose Cancel or turn off auto-renew. Do it at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date.
Step by step
- Open the official Cloudflare account page (button above) and sign in with the account that pays for the plan.
- Back up everything you still need from the server or project.
- Delete or cancel the server / plan under Billing (on many hosts, a server keeps billing until it is deleted).
- Check that no other paid resources (backups, IPs, volumes) are left on the account.
Before you cancel
- Cancel at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date – a renewal processed overnight is rarely refunded.
- Paid through Apple, Google Play or a mobile carrier? Then you have to cancel there, not on the Cloudflare website.
- Cancelling the billing plan alone doesn’t always delete running servers – check the resource list afterwards.
Never miss the Cloudflare renewal date.
RENEW is a free browser extension that tracks your subscriptions and reminds you before they renew – with a direct link to this cancel page.
