How to cancel ProxyEmpire
Short answer: open the official ProxyEmpire account page, sign in and choose Cancel or turn off auto-renew. Do it at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date.
Step by step
- Open the official ProxyEmpire account page (button above) and sign in with the account that pays for the plan.
- Go to your active proxies or plan and turn off auto-renew / auto-extend for each one.
- If you pay a recurring subscription, cancel it under Billing or Subscription.
- Note the expiry date: the proxies (and their IPs) stop working when the paid period ends.
Before you cancel
- Cancel at least 1–2 days before the next renewal date – a renewal processed overnight is rarely refunded.
- Paid through Apple, Google Play or a mobile carrier? Then you have to cancel there, not on the ProxyEmpire website.
- Proxy plans often renew per IP or per GB package. Keep a list of what renews when, so unused proxies don’t extend themselves.
