Track subscriptions without giving anyone your bank login
Short answer: You do not need to connect your bank to keep subscriptions under control. RENEW finds them from order confirmations, invoices and optional CSV imports – all processed locally in your browser.

Local first
Everything RENEW detects is processed on your device. Imported PDFs and bank CSV files never leave your browser. If you create a free account for sync, only the entries you saved are stored – never page contents or files.
Automatic, but on your terms
- Off by default – you decide if RENEW checks pages for purchases.
- Online banking and webmail are always skipped.
- “Never on this site” blocks any website with one click.
Questions
Can RENEW read my bank statements?
Only if you import a CSV export yourself – then it is analysed locally and nothing is uploaded.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. RENEW has no ads and no trackers in the extension.
Can I delete everything?
Yes – one click in the settings deletes all entries; deleting your account removes server data too.
